We are offering the house for holiday let.  

The rates are:

High Season (JJA) €550 / week

All other Months €450 / week

In addition there wil be a €40 cleaning charge per 1 or 2 week booking and a refundable €150 breakage deposit. 50% of rental will secure the booking with the balance including cleaning charge and breakage deposit payable 4 weeks prior to booked dates.
