The House is a typical rural Spanish house with swimming pool, located on a substantial cultivated plot of 3300 sq. mts. It is situated within half a mile of the village of Pedralba and 30 mins from the beautiful city of Valencia.

The house and grounds form part of a small community of houses several of which are permanantly inhabited. However, the house still retains a high level of privacy and is not overlooked. Neighbours are both Spanish and English and very friendly and helpful.

The house comprises  living room, enclosed verandah, kitchen, bathroom, 3 double bedrooms.

The house has mains electricity, mains water and an ADSL telephone line. There is also a 2.4 mt satellite dish for Sky tv.  CCTV camera security system The total living area of the house is approx. 120 sq. mts.

In addition there are 2 further buildings in the grounds The Casita and The Pool House.

The Casita has approx. 25 sq. mts. of living area not including the verandah, and comprises two good sized rooms. The building is currently used as a store room/workshop but could easily be converted into accomodation. There is mains electricity.

The Pool House is of a good size and is currently used as a laundry room and store for pool accessories. There is a shower and sink and there is mains water and electricity.                            

The Gardens

The gardens are built on a on a tiered hillside and are completely flat. There are 6 separate gardens:

• The upper garden with lawns, arbor, and large BBQ.
• The lower garden with lawned area and shrubbed borders
• The pool garden which is tiled and has a shaded arbor
• The vegetable garden
• The orange grove
• The olive grove
